Working hours of Wenzhou Citizen Center

Working hours of the Civic Center: Monday to Friday, 8: 30 am-12: 00 pm, 2: 00 pm-5: 30 pm (relevant files will be stopped at 5:00 window) (except legal holidays). Citizen service center is the window, platform and bridge between government, non-governmental organizations and citizens, which embodies the basic functions of openness of government affairs, cooperation between government and society, and interaction between government and people.

Generally speaking, the working hours of civil affairs bureau and public institutions are the same, from Monday to Friday, and rest on Saturday and Sunday. There will be no change except for national holidays. The working hours on weekdays are roughly 8: 00- 12: 00, 14: 00- 17: 30, and the working hours will be different in different regions, depending on the working hours of the local civil affairs bureau.

The work of the Citizen Service Center is as follows:

1, government information disclosure. Disclosure of relevant information in accordance with the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Information Openness; Government online consultation: the district government and various functional departments provide policy guidance in the form of policy circulars, policy lectures, online interviews and online answers, so as to facilitate social organizations and citizens to understand policies, laws and regulations.

2, government decision-making hearing. The district government can listen to citizens' opinions and suggestions by holding hearings, policy consultation and publicity, so as to promote democracy and science in decision-making.

3. Solicit social opinions. Through various ways and channels, collect all kinds of social information related to citizens' demands and vital interests, provide channels for citizens to make suggestions and give timely feedback to relevant government departments.

4. NGO services. Provide places for NGOs to carry out public welfare services and enhance the overall image of NGOs; Development of non-governmental organizations: accumulation

Carry out information communication activities among non-governmental organizations, and vigorously publicize the achievements of advanced non-governmental organizations in serving the society.

5. Social autonomy and mutual assistance. Establish community autonomous organizations and public welfare mutual aid organizations; Citizen Development Exhibition: provides a platform for citizens to display their talents and creativity, stimulates their social creativity, improves their civilized quality and enriches their spiritual and cultural life.

Article 41 The employing unit may, due to the needs of production and operation, extend its working hours after consultation with trade unions and laborers. Generally, the working hours per day shall not exceed one hour. If it is necessary to extend the working hours for special reasons, the extended working hours shall not exceed three hours a day and thirty-six hours a month under the condition of ensuring the health of the workers.

Article 36 The state practices a working-hour system in which laborers work no more than eight hours a day and no more than 44 hours a week on average.
