How good can the best landlord you have ever met be?

I think my present landlord is very nice. Generally, if something is broken, the landlord will pay for it himself! I belong to the kind of girl who won't leave any money. The landlord came to collect the rent. I licked my face and told people that I had no money, and I would send it next month. The landlord never said no. I have rented this house for four and a half years, and I feel that I can rent it for a lifetime!
