1 general rules
1.0. 1 replaces the quality control of family room decoration engineering, the quality inspection and delivery standard of the same family room decoration engineering, ensures the engineering quality and formulates the profit standard.
1.0.2 The profit ratio is applicable to the quality acceptance and delivery of outdoor room decoration construction projects.
1.0.5 The above behaviors are strictly prohibited in the west of family room decoration construction:
1 The design of the structure has been approved in writing or the design replacement with corresponding qualification grade, and the object and load-bearing structure are statically constructed;
2. The township planning has agreed that the government and guests should change rooms so as not to close the doors and windows under the wall;

2 suspended ceiling project
2.0. 1 The original chapter is applicable to the quality acceptance of ceiling engineering with light steel keel, aluminum alloy keel, wooden keel skeleton, gypsum board, metal plate, mineral wool board, wood board and grille as decorative materials.
2.0.2 The varieties, specifications, quality, colors, patterns, fixing methods and basic structures of materials used in the project shall meet the design requirements and the provisions of national codes and standards.
2.0.3 The ceiling keel shall not be distorted, and the wooden keel shall not have bark and wormholes, and shall be waterproof and anticorrosive as required. Derricks should be arranged reasonably and straightly, metal derricks and pendants should be rustproof, and keel installation should be firm and stable.
2.0.4 The ceiling cover panel is closely connected with the keel, the Yang Yang angle is crooked, and the bulging is correct.
2.0.5 Light tail screw gypsum board shall be fixed with keel, and the nail cap shall float into the board surface. The bottom cover of anti-rust screw should be treated with anti-rust, and the joint of plate should be caulked. When installing single-layer boards, the joints of high and low boards should be staggered.
2.0.6 The joints between the cover panel and the wall, curtain box and lamp trough shall be tight, and the battens shall be straight and narrow.
2.0.7 The variety and laying thickness of sound insulation materials filled in the ceiling meet the design requirements, and measures should be taken to prevent falling off.
2.0.8 The installation of lamps, electric fans and other equipment must be firm. Lighter equipment such as lamps or electric fans weighing more than 3 kg are strictly prohibited to be installed under the keel, and a hanger should be set up separately to connect with the structure.
2.0.9 Safety glass should be used for glass suspension bottom, and the tightness and connection mode of disassembly and assembly should meet the design requirements.
2.0. 10 The surface of the ceiling decorative board shall be smooth, with complete edges and consistent colors, and shall not have defects such as purification, cracking, residual edges, corner dropping and hammering.
2.0. 1 1 The allowable deviation and inspection method of hanging bottom engineering installation shall comply with the provisions in Table 2.0. 1 1.
3 Windows and doors engineering
3. 1 Scope of application
This chapter applies to the quality acceptance of wooden doors and windows, aluminum alloy doors and windows and plastic doors and windows installation projects.
3.2 Manufacture and installation of wooden doors and windows
3.2. 1 Wood type, material grade, specification, size and line type of wooden door and window sash shall meet the design requirements.
3.2.2 Wooden doors and windows should be made of both wet and dry wood, and its exposure rate should not be greater than 12%.
3.2.3 The contact parts between the wooden door window frame and the masonry, concrete or plastering layer, as well as the fixed wooden bricks, shall be treated with anti-corrosion.
3.2.4 The filling material of the gap between the wooden door window frame and the wall should meet the design requirements, and the filling should be full.
3.2.5 Indoor doors and windows must be installed firmly, and it is forbidden to fix them on the masonry with nails.
3.2.6 The installation position, connection direction and connection mode of wooden doors and windows should meet the design requirements.
3.2.7 Wooden doors and windows must be installed firmly, with tight machinery and no hidden image of going straight.
3.2.8 Plywood doors shall not be glued, gouged through the surface and cracked, and the ventilation holes of high and low risers shall be unblocked.
3.2.9 The surfaces of wooden doors and windows shall be clean, and there shall be no gouge marks or hammer marks.
3.2. The cutting angle of10 wooden doors and windows should be closely flat-fell seam, the cutting mouth of frame fan should be straight and the plane should be flat.

4 light partition wall project

4.0.2 The brand, grade, specification, sound insulation, cold insulation and flame retardancy of the materials used in the partition wall project must meet the design requirements and the provisions of national standards and specifications.
4.0.3 The installation of light steel keel shall meet the requirements of product assembly and separation, with accurate installation position and firm connection.
4.0.4 Panel installation must be firm, free from infiltration, warping, cracking, residual edges and falling corners.
4.0.5 Before installation, the wooden keel and wooden cover plate should be waterproof.
4.0.6 The seam of the wooden cover panel is located at the core of the keel, and the blind seam or layering is consistent with the broad foundation and closely combined with the keel.
4.0.7 Fix the cover panel on the light steel keel with locking screws, and the nail heads shall be embedded in the plate in detail, but the paper surface shall not be damaged, and the nail holes shall not rust.
4.0.8 Lightweight partition walls installed in damp places shall be moisture-proof. If the design requires a pillow belt, whether to set a concrete or brick pillow belt at the height of the sweeping keel, the height of the common pillow belt is 120mm, and the width is consistent with the width of the partition wall.
4.0.9 The filler in the partition wall shall be wet and dry, with uniform laying thickness and moderate filling, and measures shall be taken to prevent it from falling off.
4.0. 10 cover panel surface should be smooth, clean, flat-fell seam tight, layering straight, no nail cap exposed, no rust. The position of the electric box cover for sleeve cutting is correct, and the sleeve cutting is neat.

5 Paste the project

5.0.2 The variety, quality, color and pattern of wallpaper and wall covering should meet the design requirements, and the adhesive should be selected according to the variety of wallpaper and wall covering.
5.0.3 Paper substrate should be dry and have a flat surface.
5.0.4 Basic treatment before pasting shall meet the requirements of high columns:
1 The moisture content of concrete or gypsum base is not more than 8%, and that of wood base is not more than12%;
2 Therefore, the concrete or plastered base wall of the building should be coated with sealing primer before blowing putty;
3 Chen metope must eliminate fluffy decorative layer and brush interface agent;
4 * * * The joint of base material should be pasted with sewing tape;
5.0.5 Base putty should be smooth and soft, without pulverization, peeling and cracks.
5.0.6 Wallpaper wall cloth must be pasted firmly, and the whole picture should be pasted on the wall. Each picture should be vertically spliced, with consistent patterns and uniform colors.
5.0.7 There are bubbles, fullness, cracks, warpage, wrinkles and stains in the name.
5.0.8 There is no joint at a distance of 1.5m from the wall.
5.0.9 The junction of wallpaper, wall cloth, top corner line, hanging mirror line, door and window plastering board and skirting board shall be vertical, clean and free of burrs.
5.0. 10 Yang Yang angle is vertical and square, and the external angle should be disconnected, and the angle at the external angle is seamless.
6 soft package project
6.0. 1 The original chapter is applicable to the quality inspection of various soft package projects for indoor walls and facades.
6.0.2 The brands, specifications and quality of soft fabrics, leather, leather and other fabrics and filling materials shall meet the design requirements, and the waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment shall meet the national standards and specifications.
6.0.3 The lining board and wooden frame structure of soft package engineering should meet the design requirements, and the nails should be glued firmly and not loose.
6.0.4 The manufacturing dimensions of the hard packaging are accurate, the edges and corners are smooth, the periphery is turned over, the appearance is flat and zero, the packing is full, and the shrinkage is moderate.
6.0.5 Multiple pieces of soft fabric should have no seams, and the latitude and longitude lines should be straight when cutting.
6.0.6 Hard bags shall be installed flat and zero, loosely attached to the wall, with different colors, tight joints and no warping.
6.0.7 The surface of soft package shall be clean and pollution-free, and the flat-fell seam pattern shall be consistent, and there shall be no ripples and folds.
6.0.8 Joints between hard cover and battens, cover plates, skirting lines, electric box panels, etc. Should be connected tightly, without burr. The casing at the hole of the electric box has accurate cutting size and neat edge, and the cover plate is in danger of being installed with pressed veneer, and the burrs are only seamless around.
6.0.9 The allowable deviation and inspection method of soft package engineering installation shall comply with the provisions of 6.0.9.

7 plate paving project
7.0. 1 This chapter is applicable to the quality acceptance of wall and sky facing stone and tile installation works.
7.0.2 The varieties, specifications, grades, colors and patterns of stone, wall and floor tiles shall meet the design requirements.
7.0.3 There shall be no quality defects such as scratches, cracks, weathering, off edges and corners on the surface of the decorative board. Do not use cementing materials with cohesive cement during work.
7.0.4 Before the construction of stone, wall and floor tiles, the specifications should be determined, and the rules should be ensured. Color selection should be made to reduce color difference, and the whole brick should be pre-arranged. The use of the whole brick should be prolonged, and the objects should be cut in the air with the whole brick according to regulations, and the trimming should be complete.
7.0.5 Before laying stone, negative coating should be applied to reduce the occurrence of "water stain" and "pan-alkali".
7.0.6 The wall and floor tiles shall be paved with full mortar and firmly pasted, and the corners of the wall composite board shall be empty and full, which shall not exceed 5% of the number of the tiles.
7.0.7 The appearance is zero, the joints are straight and curved, the mortar is full, there is no obvious dislocation in the horizontal and vertical directions, the color base is different, there is no obvious color difference, and it is clean and free of dirt and mortar traces.
7.0.8 The allowable deviation and inspection method of stone, wall and floor tile paving shall comply with the provisions in Table 7.0.8.

8. 1 Scope of application
This seal is suitable for the quality inspection of virtual wood floor, famous wood separation floor and weakened separation floor pavement.
8.2 Wood flooring
8.2. 1 The type, specification, grade, color and moisture content of the wood used in the wood floor project should meet the design requirements and the provisions of national standards. If there is no design requirement, its exposure rate should not be greater than 10%.
8.2.2 Before paving, the staggered-floor base shall be moistureproof.
8.2.3 The wooden keel, rough floor and stow-wood used for laying the floor base must be installed firmly and straightly.
8.2.4 The nail laying or bonding between the surface of the wooden floor and the base must be firm without looseness.
8.2.5 When the floor is indirectly laid on the keel without using the rough floor, the spacing between the secondary keels shall be calculated according to the floor width modulus, the spacing between the guest keels shall not be greater than 300mm, and the floor joints shall be around the keels.
8.2.6 When the first floor of the device is arranged, the convex groove should point to the wall, and there is no gap of about 10mm between the ceiling and the wall, and it is blocked by the skirting board.
8.2.7 Whether the laying direction of the strip wood floor is circular or not needs the user's opinion. Individual corridors and workshops should be laid in the stopping direction, and indoor rooms should be laid in reverse light.
8.2.8 The allowable deviation inspection method of wooden floor pavement project shall comply with the provisions in Table 8.2.8.

8.3 Laminated flooring

8.3.5 When installing the first floor, the convex groove should face the wall, leaving a gap of 10mm between the floor and the wall.
8.3.6 When the width of the room exceeds 8m, buttonholes and expansion joints must be set, and flat battens should be installed.
8.3.7 The wooden skirting board shall be closely combined with the 45-degree groove with the same height and wall thickness. Nail cap is not included, and the nail hole should be covered.
8.3.8 The surface is straight, the color and wood grain are harmonious and unified, and it is clean without glue marks.

13 waterproof project 13.0. 1 The original chapter is applicable to the quality inspection of bathroom and kitchen waterproof projects in Shenyang.
13.0.2 Waterproof materials should be painted in Shenyang for the construction of visiting water.
13.0.3 the performance of Shenyang waterproof material shall conform to the national concealment irrelevant standards, and shall have the product certificate.
13.0.4 The surface of the base course shall be smooth, and there shall be no defects such as oil sticking, sanding and cracking. The moisture content of base course should meet the construction requirements of Shenyang waterproof material.

13.0. 10 The thickness and strength of cement mortar in the curing layer must meet the design requirements. It is forbidden to damage the waterproof layer in Shenyang during operation, and do bad flooding slope in the air according to the design requirements, so as to ensure poor drainage and no water accumulation.
13.0. 1 1 before the completion of Shenyang waterproof project, a 24-hour water storage experiment must be done.
/KOOC-0/5 Indoor Environmental Pollution Control/KOOC-0/5.0./KOOC-0/This chapter is applicable to the acceptance of indoor environmental pollutants such as radon (222Rn), methane, benzene and TVOC in the west of home decoration project.
15.0.2 The exposure of infectious substances in indoor environment during decoration design shall be evaluated afterwards.
15.0.3 important materials used in decoration must meet the requirements of the national standard "mandatory limit of harmless materials for interior decoration materials".
15.0.4 when the bedroom decoration project is completed, the inspection and delivery of the indoor environmental quality at the wrong time shall be postponed after the project is delivered.
