1. Enter WeChat, click "I" and click "Pay".
2. After entering the "Payment" page, select the train ticket.
3. After entering the train ticket page, click the "…" icon in the lower right corner of the page.
4. In the pop-up options, click Contact Customer Service.
5. After entering the customer service page, click on the telephone customer service, and call the phone displayed on the page to contact the manual customer service.
