The comprehensive land price of the requisitioned area announced this time is: Class I area 160 yuan/square meter; Zone II 120 yuan/m2; Category III area 100 yuan/square meter; 80 yuan/m2 in Class IV area; 70 yuan/square meter in five areas; 65 yuan/m2 in Class VI area; 50 yuan/square meter in seven areas.

Nine, the construction project occupies vegetable fields, and the new vegetable field construction fund is charged according to the 3.5 yuan/square meter multiplied by the corresponding multiple; If other cultivated land is occupied, the cultivated land reclamation fee shall be charged according to 2.0 yuan/square meter multiplied by the corresponding multiple.
Ten, before the land acquisition, the municipal government issued a notice of land acquisition to the land requisitioned units, in the land requisitioned, crops, trees and facilities planted and built by surprise will not be compensated.
