How time flies! I have been working in the hospital for almost three years. For more than two years, having Yi Chao as a professional, good-natured, principled and sentimental brother, Wei and Cui Hong as conscientious, dedicated, decent and considerate sisters has made me feel comfortable in my working environment and full of human feelings everywhere. Sometimes I even feel that this is God's care and love for me! Because Dean Yi Chao is also the director of the rehabilitation department of the other hospital, his courage has increased a lot. Whenever I see him riding a bicycle between two places five or six kilometers apart in the biting cold wind in winter or the scorching sun in summer, I always feel unspeakable sadness and emotion in my heart; Wei Jie's work tasks have also increased this year. About performing duties at work. When discussing some issues, I sometimes acted arbitrarily and sometimes got carried away. Often repent afterwards, but still pay special attention to correction;
Second, diligence alone is not enough. Let's talk about diligence first. Whether in the information center or when I first came to the hospital, I worked very hard and often went to community stations for investigation. In the last six months, I feel that I know more about the following situations. Obviously, there are fewer grass-roots units and people are lazy. I must pay attention to them in the future. In addition, frugality. "Frugality and morality" is a good training for the ancients to deal with people, and it is also an essential quality for grassroots leaders and teams. Sometimes at work, I often show extravagance and waste, lacking the spirit of diligence and thrift.
Third, pioneering and innovative spirit is not enough. At work, I still lack some work passion to forge ahead, and I also lack the consciousness of active innovation and creativity to break away from convention. After a long time, the mentality of seeking stability in everything has prevailed, while ignoring the deep correction, guidance and management of some problems among the staff; For example, window units such as registration room and Chinese pharmacy sometimes have disputes with patients, and they always want to muddle along. What should be paid more attention to in the future is that they suffer from doctors.
