Brief introduction of Maoming real estate management bureau

Maoming Real Estate Management Bureau was established on 1979. According to the Maoming Institutional Reform Plan (YJB [2001] No.21) and the Implementation Opinions of Maoming Institutional Reform Plan (Maoming Construction Bureau [2001] No.20), the Municipal Real Estate Management Bureau is a unit directly under the Municipal People's Government, giving administrative functions to urban real estate management at the same level.
