1. 3, the establishment of real estate intermediary service institutions, shall apply to the local administrative department for Industry and commerce registration. Real estate intermediary service institutions shall, within one month after receiving the business license, go to the real estate management department of the people's government at or above the county level where the registration authority is located for the record.
