According to the urgent notice of Zhoukou Vocational and Technical College and the student status file, Wang Nana, a former graduate of the college, was admitted to the major of modern agriculture in August 2003, and then transferred to the major of Chinese language and literature education, and graduated in July 2006. Because this happened at the beginning of the merger of colleges and universities 13 years ago, after the adjustment of departments and personnel changes, in order to facilitate the investigation team to grasp the situation as soon as possible, the relevant parties responsible for enrollment, student registration, student management, education and teaching are required to find information, recall the situation and write testimony.
According to the notice, the college set up a special investigation team headed by Zhao Zhenran, deputy secretary of the Party Committee. If the verification is true, resolutely cancel the false academic information according to the procedure and withdraw the graduation certificate. College staff who practice favoritism and malpractice will be investigated for responsibility according to law and discipline, and will not be tolerated.
On March 201June 19, the joint investigation team announced the investigation results of the "Wang Nana was impersonated to go to college" incident in Henan. It is true that Wang Nana was impersonated to go to college, and nine responsible persons were punished. The student status and academic information of the fake "Wang Nana" (formerly known as Zhang Yingying, born in Chuanhui District, Zhoukou, whose parents are laid-off workers) have been cancelled by the Henan Provincial Department of Education, and the graduation certificate has been cancelled.
Disciplinary actions were taken against nine responsible persons: among them, Du, the current president of Zhoukou Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the current president of Zhoukou Vocational and Technical College were given disciplinary actions such as warnings within the party and serious warnings within the party because of their leadership responsibilities and direct responsibilities in enrollment and student work at that time; Hou Changjian, then deputy director of the Anshan Branch of Zhoukou City Public Security Bureau, and Pan Zijian, then director of the Textile Road Police Station of the Anshan Branch of Zhoukou City Public Security Bureau, were also given disciplinary actions such as admonishing conversations and administrative warnings because of their leadership responsibilities and direct responsibilities; Wang Nana's class teacher, school dispatcher and the staff of the Academic Affairs Office were also given severe warnings and administrative warnings within the Party.
