General rules for undergraduate enrollment of Minzu University of China

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of undergraduate students (including preparatory courses) of Minzu University of China, standardize enrollment behavior, improve the quality of students, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, and the articles of association of Minzu University of China, combined with the specific conditions of our school.

Article 2: Minzu University of China is directly under the State Ethnic Affairs Commission. It is a comprehensive key university (public full-time) built by the national "2 1 1 Project" and "985 Project", with undergraduate (including preparatory courses), master's and doctoral postgraduate training levels. Article 3: Issuing certificates: those who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time will be awarded the undergraduate diploma of the Central University for Nationalities; In line with the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting, the bachelor's degree certificate will be awarded to undergraduate graduates of ordinary higher education.

Article 4 The enrollment work of Minzu University of China follows the principles of "open procedures, fair competition, fair selection, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physique, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission".

Article 5: The school recruits candidates from all ethnic groups, including the Han nationality, for the whole country.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 6: The organization of undergraduate enrollment in our school consists of the enrollment leading group, the undergraduate enrollment committee and the enrollment office. The leading group of enrollment work is the highest decision-making body, which leads the undergraduate enrollment work of the school in a unified way; The Undergraduate Admissions Committee is an advisory body, which is responsible for providing decision-making consultation for the leading group of enrollment work and guiding the relevant functional departments of the school to carry out undergraduate enrollment work; The Admissions Office is the implementing agency.

Article 7 The Admissions Office of the Central University for Nationalities, as the permanent working body of the school, is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate (including preparatory) enrollment. Its duties are:

1. Strictly implement the policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment and the supplementary provisions and implementation rules of the admissions committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities);

2 in accordance with the annual enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the relevant provisions of the preparation of sub regional, sub professional enrollment plan, the development of school enrollment regulations;

3. Carry out enrollment publicity and consulting services, and introduce our school's situation and enrollment policy to candidates and parents;

4. Complete the enrollment work objectively and fairly, and be responsible for coordinating and handling various problems encountered in the enrollment work;

5. Fulfill the corresponding responsibilities of college enrollment information disclosure;

6. Cooperate with the relevant departments of the school to review the admitted freshmen;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the education authorities and schools.

Article 8 The enrollment work of the Central University for Nationalities shall be conducted under the supervision of the school supervision department.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Application Conditions

Article 9 Schools shall, in accordance with the relevant regulations and procedures of the Ministry of Education, comprehensively consider the number of ethnic minorities in each province, the number of candidates, the quality of students, the coordinated development of regions and other factors, and combine the actual situation of running schools and the planning of various provinces over the years to comprehensively formulate enrollment plans by province and specialty in that year, and report them to the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the Ministry of Education for approval.

In 20 15, our university enrolled 2,830 undergraduate students, and the preparatory program enrolled 195 students (including 20 students enrolled in Xinjiang Cooperation Program and 10 students enrolled in Xinjiang Art Preparatory Program). It covers 88 majors and directions of literature, history, philosophy, economics, management, law, science, engineering, teaching, art, etc. 10, and 70% of the enrollment plan is put into the central and western regions and ethnic minority areas. Article 10: The school reserves a small number of plans according to the number of people approved by the Ministry of Education and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission. The use of the reservation plan strictly implements the Administrative Measures for the Use of the Reservation Plan for Undergraduate Enrollment in Colleges and Universities Affiliated to the State Ethnic Affairs Commission (Provisional), which is used to adjust the students from ethnic groups with imbalanced enrollment, ethnic proportion and small population in all provinces and regions.

Article 11: Both freshmen and freshmen are treated equally when they are admitted, and there is no limit to the ratio of male to female.

Article 12: Foreign language majors in our school only recruit English language candidates, and other majors are not limited to the languages they take. However, students must use English as their first foreign language after entering school, and candidates are required to have a good English foundation.

Thirteenth: foreign languages, Chinese international education, law (law, English) and other majors require candidates to be articulate and sensitive in listening. To apply for a foreign language major, you must pass the oral test (except for provinces that do not hold oral tests).

Fourteenth candidates' physical health standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination Standards for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and relevant departments and relevant supplementary provisions.

Article 15 When applying for the major of Chinese teaching, candidates who answer papers in national languages are required to have foreign language scores and Chinese scores specified by the Ministry of Education, and Chinese scores must reach a passing level; 50% of the college entrance examination language and 50% of the national language, the language should also reach the passing level.

Article 16: The enrollment target of ethnic minority preparatory classes is ethnic minority candidates.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Article 17: The school will move files in the provinces with parallel files according to the calculation. Candidates who enter the shift line are subject to professional adjustment, physical examination is not limited, and they do not quit; The shift ratio of non-parallel provinces is 1.20%. For minority pre-retired candidates within the shift line, the school will use the reserved plan to postpone admission as appropriate.

Article 18: Schools in non-parallel provinces give priority to the admission of the first volunteer candidates. When the plan is not completed, candidates who are not the first choice and subject to professional adjustment will be admitted. When the parallel provinces fail to complete the plan, they will collect voluntary admission.

Article 19 Candidates who apply for positions shall be admitted according to the method of "score priority", that is, they shall be queued according to the total score of positions, and admitted in the order of candidates' professional volunteering, with no difference in professional grades. Ethnic minorities are given priority in admission under the condition of the same score, and those with high scores in professional related subjects are given priority. Among them, literature and history candidates compare literature, Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in turn, while science and engineering candidates compare science, mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages in turn. If the scores of individual subjects are exactly the same, they will be admitted by appointment plan. When the candidate's professional volunteer can't be satisfied, if he is transferred by a major, he will be transferred to other majors according to the candidate's grades. Those who do not obey the professional adjustment shall be dismissed. Candidates in Inner Mongolia are admitted by "voluntary sorting".

Article 20: The academic level of candidates in Jiangsu Province must reach the test score of 2B or above. After entering the file, the selection is made according to the principle of scoring first and grading later.

Article 21: When enrolling majors, our school recognizes in principle the policies of the provincial education commission or the high school admissions office on increasing/decreasing scores and giving priority to admission. According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, if the same candidate meets multiple conditions for extra points, only the highest score will be taken; The maximum addition and subtraction points shall not exceed 20 points.

Article 22: On the admission of China minority languages and literature majors:

China minority languages and literature (Tibetan zero-starting class) only recruits candidates who have filled in their professional volunteers, with a five-year academic system and free tuition. Upon graduation, 50% of the graduates meet the requirements and can be sent to graduate students.

China minority languages and literature (Korean/Sino-Korean Economic and Trade Translation/Mongolian/Mongolian-Chinese Bilingual/Uyghur/Chinese-Uyghur Translation/Kazakh/Tibetan) majors only recruit candidates who have filled in their professional volunteers to take the college entrance examination or use the corresponding national language papers.

There are 18 students majoring in minority languages and literature (linguistics/national literature) and (ancient books and documents) in China. They plan to enroll students in Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangxi and Hainan in advance, and the rest plan to enroll students normally.

Article 23: Law (basic Tibetan class) and journalism (experimental Tibetan class) recruit candidates in Tibetan.

Article 24: Information and Computing Science (Experimental Class (Tibet)) and Engineering Experimental Class (Tibet) only recruit candidates with a certain Tibetan language foundation. Engineering experimental classes (Tibet) include computer science and technology and communication engineering.

Twenty-fifth "non-Tibetan students enter Tibet for employment" enrollment plan is a national mandatory plan, and candidates from planned provinces can voluntarily fill in it. At the time of admission, our school only chooses candidates who have filled in the professional volunteers for directional employment in Tibet and whose scores are not less than 40 points of our local scores. Candidates who are admitted to Tibet's directional employment major must sign a directional employment agreement with the school and the Tibet personnel department at the time of admission. Our school will cancel the admission qualification of students who refuse to sign the agreement. Candidates who have been admitted to Tibet's employment-oriented major may not apply for a major change after entering the school. After graduation, the Tibet personnel department will arrange employment and cannot recommend or apply for graduate students.

Article 26 The enrollment, training and employment of Tibetan classes in the Mainland, Xinjiang senior high school classes and other types of enrollment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education.

Twenty-seventh: the special plan for directional enrollment in rural poverty-stricken areas shall be implemented in accordance with the document of the Ministry of Education (Jiao No.2005). 20 142).

Twenty-eighth minority preparatory students, according to the wishes of the candidates, in accordance with the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) investment policy, from high scores to low scores. For minority candidates with a small population, they are selected according to the relevant care policies of the state and the province.

Twenty-ninth candidates who meet the registration conditions and intend to apply for the physical education major in our school must take the special physical education examination organized by the admissions department of the province (city, autonomous region) where they are located, and only after passing the examination can they fill in the physical education major in our school. In the case that the candidates' professional test scores are qualified and the cultural test scores reach the admission control scores of key sports (the first batch) designated by the provincial admissions office where the students are located, the candidates will be comprehensively assessed in morality, intelligence and physical education, and ranked according to the candidates' college entrance examination and cultural course scores (unless otherwise required by the provincial admissions office).

Article 30: Candidates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who apply for our school are required to take the examination of jointly recruiting overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students in ordinary colleges and universities. According to their test scores, the school will queue up separately and select the best candidates.

Those whose academic examination results have reached the first-class products and pre-standard products in Taiwan Province Province shall be enrolled in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education.

Thirty-first: Some departments enroll students by major categories. After students enter the school, they will implement a wide-caliber training model. After one to two years, students will enter different professional training according to the demand of the talent market, their admission scores, their wishes and their academic achievements at school.

Chapter V Tuition Standards

Article 32: The tuition standard of our school shall be implemented according to the examination and approval standard of Beijing Price Bureau in that year.

Literature and history majors range from 5000-6000 yuan/year; 5,300 yuan/year for science and engineering majors; Art majors are 8000 ~ 10000 yuan/year; The preparatory class is 4800 yuan/year.

Some majors are free of tuition: ethnic language majors (excluding "Sino-Korean economic and trade translation", "Mongolian-Chinese bilingualism" and "Chinese-Uighur translation") and non-Tibetan students' employment-oriented majors in Tibet.

Chapter VI Others

Thirty-third: within three months of admission, the school will organize a comprehensive review, and those who fail will be treated according to the situation until their admission qualification is cancelled. Where the college entrance examination is improper, whenever it is verified, the admission qualification or student status will be cancelled immediately and returned to the place of origin. Those with bad circumstances will be notified to the Ministry of Education and the provincial recruitment office for investigation, and offenders will be transferred to the public security organs for handling.

Article 34: The Articles of Association shall be announced to the public through our undergraduate enrollment network. If there is any misunderstanding about the contents of the articles of association published by various media, the complete articles of association published by our school shall prevail.

Article 35: The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The original policies and regulations of our school shall be abolished immediately; When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail.

Article 36: The enrollment regulations for high-level athletes and arts and sports majors have been issued separately.

The articles of association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Minzu University of China.
