(1) We will provide you with paper balance statements by mail, delivery by outsourcing companies, on-site reconciliation, electronic receipt boxes (currently limited to some branches in Sichuan, Shaanxi, Shandong, Henan, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jiangxi, Ningbo, Jiangsu, Suzhou, Guangdong and Shenzhen) and e-mail channels (currently limited to Shenzhen Branch).
(2) Provide you with electronic balance statements and detailed statements through online banking channels. Customers who use online banking for reconciliation should become online banking customers of China Bank, obtain online banking user ID and key, and open the reconciliation service function. You should also select the online banking reconciliation method in the reconciliation service agreement and specify the online banking user ID with reconciliation authority. At the same time, you can use the online bank reconciliation service after completing the above procedure T+3 days.
2. You can get the detailed statement in the account opening institution. Customers who have signed inter-provincial reconciliation agreements can obtain detailed statements at the signing banks and account opening banks of inter-provincial reconciliation agreements.
3. Customers who have opened online banking and electronic receipt boxes can obtain detailed statements through electronic channels. As there are differences in some regions, please consult the bank for details.
