I. Recruitment procedures

The conscription office fills in the Examination Form for Directly Recruiting Shangguan Education for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and the examination column of colleges and universities is stamped with the official seal, which is recorded in my enlistment file; The Conscription Office is responsible for signing the agreement and approving the enlistment (the enterprise will sign an agreement separately), comprehensively weighing the qualified personnel in the physical examination and professional examination, and selecting the candidates for pre-enlistment, and signing the Agreement on Directly Recruiting Non-commissioned Officers from Ordinary Colleges and Universities with myself in triplicate, and then approving the enlistment. Second, the recruitment work arrangement

Third, the recruitment and appointment of non-commissioned officers.
Non-commissioned officers who graduated from junior college were appointed as the first batch of non-commissioned officers and awarded the rank of first-class non-commissioned officers. Fourth, withdraw the recruitment of non-commissioned officers.
Recruited noncommissioned officers who are unqualified in political and physical conditions and have false academic qualifications shall be treated as withdrawing troops, and the withdrawal shall not exceed 30 days due to academic qualifications and professional problems.
Five, the rank of noncommissioned officers
It is divided into first-class master sergeant, second-class master sergeant and third-class master sergeant. Those who have served in the third phase are demobilized non-commissioned officers and will be resettled. Those who meet the conditions for the retirement of non-commissioned officers shall be resettled and retired in accordance with relevant regulations.
Preferential conditions for the service period of intransitive verbs
During the training period, the non-commissioned officers of the recruits will uniformly implement the monthly allowance standard for recruits, which is about 200 yuan per month. VII. Wages and benefits
