Xiantong temple

Xiantong Temple, built under the Ling Jiu Feng in Taihuai Town, is a Buddhist temple with a long history of Wutai Mountain Sect. Founded in Yongping period of the Eastern Han Dynasty, it was formerly known as Dafuling vulture temple. Expansion in the Northern Wei Dynasty during Emperor Xiaowen's reign. Because there is a garden next to the temple, it is named Garden Temple. Tang will be renamed Huayan Temple, which will be rebuilt and given a Daxiantong Temple. Rebuilt in the Qing dynasty, forming today's scale. The temple covers an area of 80,000 square meters and has more than 400 buildings. Longhu Temple is a Lama Temple in the east of Xiantong Temple, which was built in the Tang Dynasty. Ming Hongzhi rebuilt. There is another wonder in Longhu Temple. In the middle of the back hall, there is a movable lotus platform, which is a wooden circular Buddhist altar. There are waves carved around the altar, and eighteen arhats cross the river. Among them, there are large wooden petals on the lotus, and there are square niches carved inside. Four buddhas were sitting in the niches.
