1. Go to the official website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China and click "Service Hall". 2. In the lower left corner of the Service Hall, find "Unit Qualification Inquiry". 3. After clicking "Unit Qualification Inquiry", seven inquiry options will appear, namely: construction engineering design enterprises, engineering supervision enterprises, construction enterprises, bidding agencies for construction projects, urban and rural planning units, engineering cost consulting enterprises and real estate development enterprises.
