What is the job of a consultant?
Work content: communicate and coordinate the relationship with important public (consumers, employees, related companies, social organizations), handle public consultation and complaints, receive and arrange public visits; Listen to consumers' opinions, collect, sort out, monitor and analyze public information related to organizational image, and provide organizational image management suggestions for organizational managers; Formulate the organization's brand image communication plan, edit, produce and distribute the organization's publicity materials, and be responsible for the organization's news release and brand image communication; Plan and edit internal publications of the company, including employee newsletter and shareholder report; Participate in the formulation of product promotion and service promotion, plan and organize special public welfare activities, and evaluate them; Assist relevant departments to find and deal with contradictions, problems and sudden crises between organizations and the public.
