(5) The delivery address belongs to the fraud-related high-risk area notified by the public security organ.
(6) The same ID number and the same contact number cannot be purchased repeatedly within 30 days, and users who purchase repeatedly with the same user, the same IP, contact person, contact information and contact address will not be delivered.
(7) Anyone who violates the registration requirements of real-name registration system, such as expired or forged documents, will stop delivering the order number card, and the person who has delivered the card has the right not to provide activation service.
(8) After receiving the number card, please activate it first, and then insert the card for use and recharge after the activation is successful; If you fail to pass the online authentication activation within 30 days, the number card will be automatically cancelled. (Different flow cards have different activation periods, usually ranging from 7 to 30 days. )
