Production technology of blister packaging

1: mold manufacturing and processing: according to the requirements or sample specifications, first make the plastic suction mold. In general, the plastic packaging mold is made of gypsum, but wood carving and metal carving products are also used as molds. After the gypsum mold is made, let it dry completely or naturally. Then, according to the specific conditions of the product surface, use a 1-2 mm drill bit to drill many small holes in the low recesses that do not affect the product packaging appearance. If it is a product such as a packaging box, it is necessary to drill some small holes around it, so that air can be pumped out during plastic suction production. After drilling holes in the mold, it is necessary to harden the gypsum mold. The hardening treatment method is to soak it in a saturated solution of concentrated alum and then dry it.

2. After the mold is completely dried, put the mold on the upper iron plate of the vacuum chamber, then put the plastic plate into an appropriate size according to the size of the mold, then put the plate into a heated wooden cabinet to completely fix it, and then put the wooden cabinet and the plastic plate in a constant temperature furnace for softening treatment.

3. Put the softened plastic board and wooden cabinet into the vacuum chamber, and start the suction switch to suck the air in the vacuum chamber. After the plastic sheet is cooled, the same concave packaging or process mold as the mold can be obtained.

4: blister packaging and finishing; Trimming and finishing the produced products is the finished product, which can be sold after packaging.
