Its leaning tower is 72 meters high and represents 72 participating cities and countries. After spreading its wings, it will occupy a building area of 4 168 square meters, and the steel consumption of the whole project will reach 428 tons.
The biggest feature of Phoenix Wing is that the leaning tower leans 76 degrees to the west. It is not easy to ensure that the leaning tower inclines without toppling. This is the first steel tower building in China. The main tower of Phoenix Wing is over 100 tons with steel alone. Under this weight, only by deepening the foundation can the tower stand firm on the ground. In order to support the weight of the whole building, the foundation with a depth of 18.5m should be driven under the leaning tower before construction.
The arc length of Phoenix Wing is 210m, which consists of two horizontal steel pipes with a length of 210m and vertical stay cables with a length of10m. In order to make the "Phoenix Wing" arc effect, it is very difficult to cut the long steel pipe with the diameter of 1 m and 76 cm into more than 30 segments, and each joint has a certain angle. During the World Expo, "Wings of Phoenix" will provide services such as ticket sales, office work, souvenir sales, tour guides, medical care, public security, warehousing, catering, conferences, banks and cafes, which are both landscape and practical.

This means that the number of reserved roses will be 10 times of the actual number of roses on display.

The sightseeing floor at the top of the two-story tower covers an area of about 400 square meters and can accommodate nearly 200 people at most.
