Ultrasonic mold material:

I aluminum alloys (7075, 2024, 606 1-T65 1):

7075: It is generally used in vibration system and horn manufacturing, with high hardness, strong thermal conductivity and good toughness.

2024: It is generally used for horn manufacturing, with good toughness, strong thermal conductivity and moderate hardness, and is used for general welding of plastic products.

606 1: horn, generally used for bottom die manufacturing or low output, good toughness, hardness second only to 2024.

Second, SCM8: generally used for inlaying screws and metal inlays, with excellent toughness and high hardness, and heat conduction is second only to 2024.

Three, titanium alloy: generally used for continuous vibration opportunities, high toughness, good thermal conductivity, high hardness, and expensive.

Bottom die fixture material:

First, aluminum alloy, aluminum-titanium alloy: generally used for metal or plastic products.

2.45C medium carbon steel: it is suitable for tooth-shaped forming fixtures such as PVC boxes and bubble shells and other hard metals or nonmetals, such as plastic steel and PBT.

Third, SS4 1 iron material: suitable for general metal products or hard nonmetals.

Epoxy resin: suitable for plastic products with irregular shapes.

5. Resin release: plastic products that emphasize appearance have low output and short welding time.

Bakelite: plastic products suitable for general plane welding, or fixtures for ultrasonic vibration plates.
