The louver tuyere is an air distributor. In air conditioning engineering, various types of air supply outlets and return outlets (or exhaust outlets) are collectively called air distributors. Common louver tuyeres are: single-layer louver tuyere, double-layer louver tuyere, sidewall grille tuyere and slit grille tuyere. Single-layer louver tuyeres are often used for return air, sometimes with aluminum alloy mesh filter or nylon filter. The double-layer louver tuyere is composed of double-layer blades, the front blade is adjustable and the rear blade is fixed. The split multi-blade air volume control valve can be configured as required to adjust the air volume of the tuyere.
Trough grille tuyere is a trough tuyere composed of fixed straight blades, which is usually installed on the ceiling and can be arranged intermittently parallel to the side wall, continuously or annularly. The maximum continuous length of tuyere is 3m, and it can be made into single section (with frames at both ends), middle section (without frames at both ends) and corner section according to installation requirements. If a long tuyere is needed in the project, two or more tuyeres can be put together for use, and there should be a plug plate at the joint.
During the construction of ventilation and air conditioning system, we often encounter some problems in the installation of louver tuyeres on external walls. In order to ensure the engineering quality and make the system achieve the expected purpose, the following aspects should be paid attention to in the installation process: the wind speed through the exhaust port should not be greater than 4m/s, and the wind speed at the entrance should not be greater than 3 m/s; Choose a product that is beautiful and rain-proof, and has a large effective area. The tuyere size is small and the effective area is not enough, which will reduce the air volume and increase the system noise.
