2. Call the customer service hotline of Gansu Unicom 100 10, and select the No.4 key to enter the broadband special seat, so as to provide broadband self-help troubleshooting service in the form of manual transfer;
3. Log in to the mobile app and select Services > Broadband > Broadband Troubleshooting;
4. Bring valid documents to report the loss to Unicom's own business hall.
