So, there was an article about getting up early the other day. When I was online, several friends came to ask me how I persisted. Some friends said that we could supervise together, so I organized and built an early morning group:

Although I didn't confirm the authenticity of her joining the group, I only chose some friends who really want to get up early, and I hope other friends don't worry too much, so they can talk about me privately and invite me to join the group.
The friends in the group are all great, including rural teachers who teach in Chaozhou, urban college students like Xiao Miao, bosses who are already working, entrepreneurs, little girls who are determined to become slash youth, and so on. We all know each other here. Although we don't know how many days we can be together, I hope we can all remember our original intentions. When we can't persist, we should think more about the little sun we admire, bite our teeth and try to get closer.

Go home early from work to have dinner with your family, enjoy your family, and don't have to work overtime. If you are not busy at work, you can choose to read books, listen to music, practice yoga or meditate in the morning. Are all good choices. If it is a rest day, you can make a reasonable plan in the morning, such as cleaning the house, watching movies or going out for a picnic with friends.
3, easy to go out, don't worry about traffic jams.
This is a serious injury to office workers. Whether you drive by yourself or take the bus or subway, the traffic during rush hour is always not so pleasant. Get up an hour early, leave half an hour early, perfect solution!
4. Creativity is the source of inspiration

How to persist in getting up early?
1, don't destroy the biological clock at once.

Don't stay up too late at night
I can't stay up too late at night because I get up early. My suggestion is to go to bed around 12, get up at 6 o'clock and take a nap at noon. Basically, it won't be hard all day.
Put your alarm clock away from the bed.
If it is at your bedside, you will unconsciously close it and continue to take a nap. Never go back to sleep after a nap. If it is far from your bed, you must leave the bed to close it. But at this time, you have stood up, you must stand up.
4. Go out of the bedroom immediately after turning off the alarm clock.
Don't allow yourself to go back to bed and force yourself out of the room. After washing my face, I am awake enough to face a new day. Don't make excuses for yourself to go back to sleep. If you allow an idea in your head to tell you not to get up early, you will never get up early. Don't give yourself any reason to go back to bed and go back to sleep.
5. Find yourself a reason to get up early.
It is very important to prepare something for getting up early. This reason will give you the motivation to get up early. I like learning English in the morning, which is my reason.
