Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, referred to as "Guangxi" for short, is a provincial administrative region in People's Republic of China (PRC), with Nanning as its capital. It is located in the south of China, bordering Guangdong in the east, Beibu Gulf in the south, facing Hainan across the sea, bordering Yunnan in the west, Hunan in the northeast, Guizhou in the northwest and Vietnam in the southwest.
