Eligible clients can go to the designated service institutions for comprehensive prevention and control of birth defects to receive the birth defect prevention and control services provided by them at various stages such as pre-marriage, pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and newborn, and the designated service institutions for comprehensive prevention and control of birth defects shall provide eugenic health services in accordance with the regulations. The specific conditions shall be formulated by the municipal health and family planning administrative department and announced to the public.
