(2) Examination and recruitment.
Municipal state-owned enterprises, county (District) enterprises (units), in appropriate universities and scientific research platforms, independently carry out assessment work according to the qualifications of applicants, and determine the assessment methods and time.

The qualified high-level talents introduced through this announcement and confirmed by the record shall, in principle, have a suitable service period of not less than 5 years. (1) Settlement fee: A one-time settlement fee of 6,543,800+0.5 million-400,000 yuan will be given to newly introduced full-time doctoral and master (full-time, technical secondary school) talents who meet relevant requirements.
