Li Changyu 1938 was born in Rugao, Jiangsu Province. He is a Chinese-American expert in criminal forensic medicine, honorary chairman of Connecticut Science Consulting Center, tenured professor of New Haven University in Connecticut, and full-time professor of forensic medicine at New Haven University.
