How to use mental health knowledge to treat Zhou Zhou people?

I. Ten standards of mental health

(1) Periodic Rhythm People's psychological activities have their own inherent rhythm in form and efficiency. For example, there is a natural fluctuation in people's attention level. Not only paying attention to the state, all psychological processes of people are rhythmic. Generally, the efficiency of psychological activities can be used as an indicator to explore the change of this objective rhythm. Some people are not very efficient during the day and very efficient at night, while others are the opposite. If the natural rhythm of a person's psychological activities is often in a state of disorder, no matter what causes it, we can say that his mental health level has declined.

(2) The level of consciousness The level of consciousness is often based on the level of attention. If a person can't concentrate on a certain job, can't concentrate on thinking, is often distracted or makes mistakes at work because of distraction, we should be alert to his mental health problems. Because the decrease of attention level will affect the effective level of conscious activity. The higher the degree of inattention, the lower the level of mental health, and the more serious the other consequences such as the decline of memory level.

(3) suggestibility People who are easily influenced by suggestibility are often prone to mood swings and thinking vacillations due to irrelevant factors in the surrounding environment, and sometimes show weak willpower. Their mood and thinking easily change with the environment, which brings unstable characteristics to their psychological activities. Of course, the implied characteristics exist in everyone, but the level and degree are quite different, and women are more likely to be hinted than men.

(4) the intensity of psychological activities.

This refers to the ability to resist mental stimulation. Strong mental shock appears in front of us, and different people have different reactions to the same mental stimulus, showing different people's resistance to mental stimulus. People with low resistance often leave trouble in the future, which may lead to reactive psychosis or hysteria due to mental stimulation, while people with strong resistance will react, but will not get sick. This kind of resistance is mainly related to people's understanding level. When a person has a full and rational understanding of external events, the intensity of stimulation can be relatively weakened. In addition, people's life experience, inherent personality characteristics and innate nervous system quality will also affect this resistance.

(5) Tolerance of psychological activities.

What I said earlier is the ability to resist sudden powerful mental stimulation. But there is another kind of spiritual stimulation in real life, that is, it appears repeatedly in life for a long time, does not disappear for a long time, and haunts people's minds almost every day. This kind of chronic and long-term mental stimulation can torture a person for a lifetime or make a person suffer for a long time. Under this chronic mental torture, some people have abnormal psychology, changed personality, listlessness and even serious physical diseases. However, although some people are entangled in these bad emotions, they will not have serious mental problems in the end, and even regard constantly overcoming this mental stimulation as the joy of life struggle and as a symbol of being a strong man. They can make brilliant achievements in adversity that others can't stand. We regard the ability to resist long-term mental stimulation as an indicator of a person's mental health level, which is called tolerance.

(VI) Rehabilitation ability In a person's life, no one can avoid mental trauma. After mental trauma, there will be great emotional fluctuations, temporary changes in behavior, and even some physical symptoms. However, due to people's different cognitive abilities and experiences, the time required to recover from the blow will be different and the degree of recovery will be different. This ability to recover from traumatic stimulation to normal level is called psychological rehabilitation ability. People who have a high degree of recovery will recover faster and will not leave any serious marks. Whenever they recall this trauma again, they are relatively calm and their original emotional color is also very dull.

(7) The intensity of psychological self-control, the expression of emotions, the direction and process of thinking are all realized under the conscious control of people. The so-called involuntary emotions, emotions and thoughts are only relative. They are all random, but the level is not too high to be detected. The randomness of psychological activities and processes and the level of conscious control are related to self-control ability.

When a person's body and mind are very healthy, his psychological activities will be very comfortable, his emotions will be properly expressed, his words will be fluent, his manners will be generous, and he will not be restrained or presumptuous. In other words, when we observe a person's mental health level, we can get some impressions from his self-control ability. Therefore, the self-control ability of mental activity can be regarded as a health index.

(8) Self-confidence When facing a certain life event or work task, a person will inevitably estimate his coping ability first. This kind of self-evaluation has two tendencies, one is overestimation and the other is underestimation. The former is blind self-confidence, while the latter is blind self-distrust. The consequences of this deviation in self-confidence are not good. The former is likely to fail because of his own incompetence, resulting in a sense of loss or depression, while the latter may feel anxious because of his conscious incompetence and fear of failure. Therefore, whether a person has proper self-confidence is a standard of mental health. Self-confidence is essentially an analytical and comprehensive ability of self-cognition and thinking, which can be gradually improved in life practice.

(IX) Social communication The spiritual activities of human beings can be produced and maintained, and its important pillar is full social communication. The deprivation of social communication will inevitably lead to mental breakdown and various abnormal psychology. Therefore, a person's social interaction with others often marks a person's mental health level.

When a person severely and unreasonably cuts off contact with relatives, friends and other members of society, or becomes very indifferent, it constitutes a symptom of mental illness, which is called poor contact. If you engage in too many social activities, you can talk enthusiastically and excitedly with people you don't know, or you may be in a manic state.

(10) environmental adaptability In a sense, psychology is a tool to adapt to the environment. For the sake of individual preservation and racial continuity, people must adapt to the environment. People can not only adapt to the environment, but also transform the environment through practice and understanding. However, although people have positive initiative, they can't do without their own living environment, including working environment, living environment, work nature, interpersonal relationship and so on.

In people's lives, these environmental conditions are changing, sometimes greatly. Although people have initiative, sometimes they are unable to change their living environment. At this time, the so-called negative adaptation is also very important, at least in a certain period or stage. When the living environment suddenly changes, whether a person can adapt quickly to maintain psychological balance is the ability of people to adapt to the environment, which often marks the healthy level of a person's psychological activities.
