(1) Free return within seven days.
That is, within 7 days (inclusive) from the date when you purchase the product (subject to the official purchase invoice date, hereinafter referred to as the "purchase date"), if the notebook computer you purchased fails to start or crash normally after maintenance (in the state specified in the product manual), you can choose to return it, exchange it or repair it. If you choose to return the whole machine, the seller will refund the payment in one lump sum (subject to the official purchase invoice price, the same below).
(2) Free replacement or repair within eight to fifteen days.
That is, from the 8th day to15th day (inclusive) from the date of purchase, if the notebook computer you bought can't start or crash normally after maintenance (in the state specified in the product manual), you can choose to exchange or repair it. If you choose to replace the whole machine, the seller will replace the goods of the same model and specification or the new goods of the same brand with the performance not lower than that of the original products for you free of charge.
(3) The whole machine can't be used normally after being repaired for more than two times in one year, and it will be replaced free of charge.
That is, within one year (inclusive) from the date of purchase, if the notebook computer you bought can't start or crash normally after maintenance (in the state specified in the product manual) and still can't work normally after two repairs, you can choose to replace the whole machine or repair the faulty parts. If you choose to replace the whole machine, with the maintenance records provided by Lenovo certified maintenance agencies, you can replace the goods of the same model and specification or the new goods with the same brand performance not lower than the original goods for free.
(b) Lenovo manufacturer's standard service commitment
1. The whole machine is guaranteed for one year (please refer to "(3) Special reminder and explanation: 1). Scope of application of this commitment "refers to the scope of application of this article);
From the date of purchase, Lenovo will guarantee the whole product (including the random battery) for free for one year. After the warranty period expires, Lenovo will provide paid maintenance services according to Lenovo's charging standards for paid services.

Purchase invoice, warranty certificate and packing list are important documents for you to obtain standard service from manufacturers. Please take good care of it. When Lenovo or Lenovo certification service agencies provide warranty services for you, please be sure to show relevant certificates; If you can't produce the purchase invoice, warranty certificate and packing list corresponding to the computer host, the free warranty period of the product shall be calculated from the date of production. 1, the scope of application of this commitment
This commitment is only applicable to Lenovo Zhaoyang notebook computers sold in People's Republic of China (PRC) (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
This commitment only applies to Lenovo Zhaoyang notebook computers produced and sold after May 1 2006. For products produced before this date, please refer to the standard warranty service commitment issued by Lenovo in the same period.
Other products or promotional items bundled with Lenovo notebook computer products shall be implemented in accordance with their respective standard warranty service commitments.
2. Priority application
If national laws and regulations provide otherwise for after-sales service, Lenovo will provide you with after-sales service in accordance with national laws and regulations.

This warranty service commitment only applies to the mainframe and components configured by Lenovo notebook computer when it leaves the factory (see the packing list). Lenovo does not assume warranty responsibility for all non-Lenovo parts installed by any organization or personnel (such as manufacturers).
Lenovo will not be responsible for any additional commitments made to you by any organization or personnel (such as manufacturers) on the products you purchased and their affiliated software and hardware equipment beyond this service commitment; You should ask the organization or individual who made this commitment to provide written proof to ensure that these additional commitments can be fulfilled.
5. Warranty certificate
Invoice is an important basis for you to ask Lenovo to fulfill the legal "three guarantees" obligation and Lenovo manufacturers to standardize services. Please take good care of it.
When you need Lenovo or Lenovo's certification service organization to fulfill the legal obligation of "Three Guarantees", you need to bring a valid "invoice" and "Three Guarantees Certificate", or you can effectively prove that your machine is still within the validity period of the Three Guarantees, otherwise the Three Guarantees will not be implemented.
If Lenovo or Lenovo's certification service organization is required to provide Lenovo manufacturers' standard services other than the "three guarantees" service, it is necessary to bring a valid "invoice" and provide a computer-generated warranty certificate and packing list. If you can't get the valid warranty information of the computer, Lenovo will not provide business standard services higher than the "three guarantees" service.
6. Data backup
Please back up or retrieve the information programs you think are valuable in time before receiving the service. Lenovo and Lenovo certification service agencies are only responsible for product maintenance and testing, and do not provide data recovery and backup within the service scope specified in this document. Lenovo and its certification services are not responsible for the damage or loss of data, programs or storage media.
7, change the ownership of the whole machine or parts.
After Lenovo certification service agency replaces the whole machine or faulty parts for you, the original machine or faulty parts will be recovered by Lenovo or Lenovo certification service agency and enjoy ownership.
8. Warranty period after maintenance
The whole machine and its components of this product repaired by Lenovo certification service organization will continue to enjoy this service commitment. If the repaired parts are less than three months from the date of maintenance to the end of the free warranty period, Lenovo promises to extend the free warranty period of the parts to three months from the date of maintenance (only applicable to parts with a free warranty period of one year).
