4. Observe whether the indoor and outdoor wires are aging;

7. Is there hot water supply in the community, or is there a water heater in the house itself?

Need to know which year the house was built and how long the land use period is; Who lives there, what background, what purpose, is there anything bad happening: do you owe others money or steal? Are there any fees owed to the property management company and the fees for water, electricity and coal? Good neighbors will make your life happy. You can observe the people coming and going in the community at different times, judge people's social class through their clothes and life rules, observe the cleanliness and layout of public corridors, visit neighbors up and down, left and right, and find out whether their lives are smooth here, or chat with the staff on duty in the neighborhood Committee or the reception office to find out the situation.
Six, check the level of property management
1. Water, electricity and coal. How to collect the heating fee, whether it is collected at home or paid by yourself;
2. Observe the brand, speed and management of elevators, and observe the cleanliness and layout of public corridors;
3. Whether the community is closed and how to observe the number and sense of responsibility of security personnel;
4. How is the greening work done in the community? What services does the property management company provide?
7. Understand the future cost of living.
