Creation background
During the Spring and Autumn Period, the influence of the King of Zhou weakened, and the princes clashed with each other. Qi Huangong, Jin Wengong, Song Xianggong, Qin Mugong, and Chu Zhuangwang successively dominated, and were known as the Five Overlords in the Spring and Autumn Period (another way of saying it is that the Five Overlords in the Spring and Autumn Period were Qi Huangong, Jin Wengong, Chu Zhuangwang, Prince Helu, and Gou Jian, King of Yue).
Guanzi Situation Solution was formed under this background. It summed up Guan Zi's thoughts and experiences in governing the country, absorbed the thoughts and experiences of hundreds of schools, and put forward the policy of benefiting the people, attaching importance to social assistance and maintaining social peace.
