Decision-making and information orientation of this journal

The so-called "decision-making" is the whole process in which managers use scientific methods to study and choose solutions to problems under certain conditions. In other words, it is to analyze and solve problems with scientific tools and methods according to problems and goals.

The so-called "information" refers to all the contents spread together with human society. People can distinguish different things by obtaining and identifying different information from nature and society, so as to understand and transform the world.

Information is the reference and basis of decision-making, and decision-making is the reaction and result of information. Without enough information as a basis and reference, it is difficult to make scientific decisions and choices. Therefore, it is not difficult to determine that the goal of a periodical should be to provide necessary reading materials for leaders or managers to make decisions.
