In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant spirit of the Ministry of Education, combined with the actual enrollment work of Zibo Normal University.
Article 1 These Articles of Association are applicable to the general full-time undergraduate enrollment of Zibo Normal University in 2020.
Article 2 The principle of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" shall be implemented in the enrollment work of Zibo Normal University.
Article 3 The enrollment work of Zibo Normal University shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Chapter V Admission Rules

Fifteenth enrollment does not limit the proportion of men and women.
Article 16 Among the candidates whose college entrance examination scores have reached the minimum control score for admission in the same batch, the school shall access the candidates' files in accordance with the proportion stipulated by the provincial admissions department, and the specific proportion shall be determined by the provincial (city) admissions department.
Seventeenth according to the requirements of the Ministry of education, the implementation of the "school is responsible for discipline inspection and supervision" system, adhere to the principle of comprehensive moral, intellectual and physical measurement, fairness and justice, merit-based admission.
Eighteenth schools are set up in accordance with the principle of voluntary establishment and admission in each province.
In the provinces where the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination is carried out, candidates are admitted from high scores to low scores according to their wishes.
Provinces that have not implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination shall implement the relevant provincial investment regulations. According to the principle of voluntary priority, candidates are admitted from high score to low score according to the number of professional plans.
Nineteenth professional admission, there is no grade difference between professional volunteers, and there is no performance requirement for related subjects.
Twentieth spring college entrance examination gives priority to candidates with high skill test scores.
Twenty-first art majors admission:
After parallel volunteer arrived at his post, he was ranked according to his professional volunteers, and the first professional volunteer was given priority. If the first major volunteer can't be satisfied, arrange the second major volunteer, and so on. If the professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, the candidates who are subject to the adjustment will be adjusted from high to low according to the principle of similar volunteers, and they will not be subject to the adjustment.
Fine arts majors use the results of the unified examination of fine arts majors in Shandong Province, and the admission majors are determined according to the comprehensive results.
The music education major recognizes the qualified scores of the same or similar undergraduate majors in music and dance in all undergraduate colleges (see the corresponding professional catalogue of Shandong Province in 2020 for the names of the corresponding art majors), and the students are selected according to the results of cultural courses from high to low.
Twenty-second in determining the admission qualifications, candidates' scores in all subjects are included in the total score, and no single subject score is required.
Twenty-third channels to announce the admission results: the official websites stipulated by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the enrollment information network of Zibo Normal University, and the admission notice.
If the contents stipulated in the articles of association are inconsistent with the relevant documents of the Provincial Academy, the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Academy shall prevail.
Chapter VI Cost Refund and Subsidy Policies
Article 24 According to state regulations, students must pay tuition, accommodation and other expenses on time.
Tuition standard for each major: literature and history: 4,000 yuan/academic year; Science and engineering: 4,500 yuan/academic year; Art category: 8000 yuan/school year; Sino-Korean cooperative education (preschool education major): 12000 yuan/academic year. (If the higher authorities adjust the tuition standard, they shall pay according to the adjusted standard. )
Student accommodation standard: 1 100 yuan/academic year.
Twenty-fifth refund shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Charges of Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province (Lu Zheng Ban Zi No.201898) and the relevant regulations of the school.
Twenty-sixth financial aid policies for students from poor families:
The school implements the relevant policies of the state for students with financial difficulties from families, and gives financial assistance by means of awards, loans, assistance, supplements and reductions.
Chapter VII Qualification Examination and Certificate Issuance
Twenty-seventh freshmen hold the admission notice, college entrance examination admission ticket, ID card and other materials issued by Zibo Normal University to go through the registration formalities according to the specified time and relevant requirements. Those who are unable to report on time for some reason must submit a written application to the school within the specified time (refer to the admission instructions for freshmen of the school in that year for specific methods and requirements), and the registration can be postponed only after the school agrees. Those who fail to report within one week or fail to take time off within the time limit are deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically.
Twenty-eighth freshmen, the school in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of education for physical examination and qualification examination. Those who fail the audit will be dealt with according to relevant regulations. Anyone who violates the national enrollment regulations and is found to have cheated will be disqualified.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Thirty-first schools do not entrust any institutions or individuals to handle matters related to enrollment. The school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of institutions or individuals engaged in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of Zibo Normal University.
Article 32 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant policies of the superior, the relevant policies of the state and the superior shall prevail. Matters not covered in this contract shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the superior.
Article 33 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by Zibo Normal University.
Article 34 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
