The newly bought house has not yet obtained the real estate license, and it is generally not allowed to return a house unless the purchase contract stipulates it.

The ownership of the house takes effect after the ownership transfer formalities are completed, that is, the ownership of the house is obtained after the ownership registration. After the real estate license is completed, the ownership of the house has been transferred. Unless there is an agreement in the contract, under normal circumstances, buyers cannot return a house.
