Taiyuan No.38 Middle School was founded in 1957, formerly known as Wucheng Road Primary School, and later upgraded to Wucheng Road Middle School. 1984 officially changed its name to Taiyuan No.38 Middle School, which belongs to the Municipal Education Bureau.
