No Jindi (Group) Co., Ltd., founded in 1988 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China, is a AAA-level enterprise credit unit of China Construction System, a first-class qualification of national real estate development enterprise, and one of the first batch of about 500 key enterprises in China. China Yin Jian Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Jiantou") is a large state-owned investment holding company funded by Central Huijin Investment Co., Ltd. as the main sponsor. Although Gemdale and CIC are both well-known domestic enterprises, their business fields and enterprise nature are different. Therefore, Jindi Zhonglian is not a construction investment group.
