I come from the news channel of Jingzhou TV Station. I am 35 years old. I am party member, a Bachelor of Journalism from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. I am a journalist. The position I am competing for this time is the office director of the Radio and Television Bureau. The office is the center of administration and has four functions: staff, assistant, information processing and coordination. With the continuous development of radio and television, management will face more complicated situations and tasks. Learning, learning from and creating advanced management models and experiences will make the whole management system orderly, smooth, pragmatic, efficient, warm and thoughtful. These are all topics that should be studied in office work. How does the office director work effectively? There is a lot of daily work in the office, which should obey the leadership of the bureau and serve the subordinate departments and grass-roots units of the bureau. Many problems that need to be solved in practical work are unpredictable and put forward in the work plan, so this determines that its work is random. In view of this feature, I think it is necessary to adjust the work plan in time according to the overall goal and specific reality of the bureau; In other words, decompose the overall goal, put forward the work plan in stages, enhance the planning and foresight of the work, and complete all the work vividly and even creatively.

The combination of the above three points has another feature, which is the fourth point: strong service.

Good service is the premise and foundation of comprehensive coordination. Good service is by no means laughing, smiling, busy all day, and ineffective work. Of course, a good service attitude is indispensable for office work, but it is not advisable or even unforgivable to stay at these superficial levels. I understand that good service focuses on practicality and efficiency! First, give full play to the role of staff assistants, enhance the awareness and ability of the office to participate in decision-making, improve the quality and efficiency of work, and realize the transformation of the office from a transaction type to a think tank type.

With the deepening of radio and television reform and the needs of career development, office work should actively explore new ways and methods to invigorate the work. I think: the office should be not only an efficient office, but also a resourceful staff think tank; We can't be satisfied with doing things without making mistakes, but we should actively make suggestions for leaders from the perspective of the overall situation and leadership. I think we will achieve obvious results by doing three things well:

First, collect the information about radio and television policies of the state and superiors every day, and put forward valuable suggestions for the reference of bureau leaders through analysis and collation;

The second is to organize the office work cooperation network, including the offices of municipal units and the offices of radio, film and television bureaus of counties and cities, track and feedback the relevant instructions of the director's office and bureau leaders, and supervise and inspect the problems that are difficult to implement;

Second, focus on promoting the development of radio and television in our city, base on the overall situation, take the initiative to serve, pay attention to actual results, and do a good job in coordinating internal and external communication.

Coordination and communication is the basis of management and the basic responsibility of functional departments. Establishing and maintaining a good humanistic environment will undoubtedly ensure the efficient, smooth and orderly operation of the whole work.

Coordination and communication can be carried out simultaneously in two aspects:

First, coordinate the relationship between the Broadcasting and Television Bureau and other units and the public, maintain the good image of the Broadcasting and Television Bureau, and focus on coordination and communication with superior departments, government functional departments related to career development and management departments that ensure the normal operation of the office in order to win wider support.

The second is to do a good job of coordination and communication within the bureau and with all units under the bureau.
