General vision above 1.0 belongs to the normal category. If the monocular vision does not reach 1.0, mydriatic optometry is recommended. If you still can't reach 1.0, you may be nearsighted. You need glasses.
Pseudomyopia can be relieved by scientific use of eye time and intensity, diligent eye exercises and hyperopia.
If it is true myopia, it can only be corrected by glasses or laser myopia surgery.
If you are diagnosed with true myopia, your age can be corrected by glasses at present.
