Ninth to apply for a residence permit, you should submit your ID card, photo, residence address, employment, schooling and other supporting materials to the local police station or the community service agency entrusted by the public security organ.
Proof of residential address includes house lease contract, house title certificate, house purchase contract or accommodation certificate issued by lessor, employer and school, etc. Employment certificates include industrial and commercial business licenses, labor contracts, labor relations certificates issued by employers or other materials that can prove legal and stable employment; Proof of attendance includes student ID card and other materials issued by the school that can prove continuous attendance.
First of all, because all the people who apply for residence permits are registered permanent residence, you will need to rent a house, and your rental contract must be signed for at least six months, otherwise you will not meet the conditions of living for more than six months.
Secondly, register the residence information in the police office of the neighborhood Committee where the house is rented, and enter the residence information into the national public security network for public residence. If you just catch up with the census, you don't need to go to the police office to register. As long as you are found, the police will register you after the census.
Thirdly, since you are renting a house in a foreign country, you must have a legitimate reason for staying, so you need to provide the employment certificate of the unit and build the official seal.
Then, you should have proof that you have to handle related matters. For example, I applied for a residence permit because a lawyer needs a residence permit for internship, so I provided a legal professional certificate. Under normal circumstances, because you need to apply for a residence permit to learn a driver's license, you may need to provide relevant certificates of driving school.
Finally, after half a year, I took a copy of my ID card and the three materials mentioned above, went to the police office to apply for a residence permit, and filled out the residence permit application form according to their requirements. Wait for the residence permit within 15 days after completing the formalities.
