Second, the recruitment methods and steps
The recruitment work is guided by the competent business department of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the personnel department of the general office of the provincial government will organize the implementation together with the employer. It is planned to adopt the assessment method, study and determine the candidates for employment, and perform the post employment procedures.
(1) Announcement
Liaoning Personnel Examination posted a recruitment announcement on the Internet.
(2) Organization registration
The registration time is within one week from the date of announcement. The registration method is on-site registration. Those who meet the registration requirements shall register at the Personnel Department of the General Office of the Provincial Government (Room 3 12, Office Building of the General Office of the Provincial Government, No.45-9 Beiling Street), and submit the following materials as required when registering:
1. Registration Form (see Annex);
2. ID card, academic degree certificate and computer grade certificate (check the original and keep 1 copy);
3. Three recent one-inch bareheaded photos with the same front and back;
4. On-the-job personnel need to provide proof that their units agree to apply for the exam;
5. Award-winning certificate and other materials (original review with 1 copy).
(3) Qualification examination
Mainly to review the qualifications of applicants. After the qualification examination, the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of qualified people in the preliminary examination shall not be less than 1: 3 before the examination can be conducted.
(4) Organization evaluation
The assessment is jointly organized and implemented by the personnel department of the general office of the provincial government and the employing unit. Mainly pay attention to the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the assessed object in the real post. If it is found in the assessment that it does not meet the employment conditions, the employment qualification will be cancelled. (5) Physical examination
The physical examination was conducted in the designated hospital. The physical examination is organized and implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.[2005] 1 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), the Physical Examination Operation Manual and the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers (No.22 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). Those who pass the medical examination are determined to be candidates. If the medical examination does not meet the requirements, it will not be hired.
(6) Publicity
After the personnel to be hired are determined, they will be publicized to the public for 7 working days on the Liaoning Personnel Examination website. After the publicity, the personnel who have no doubt about the publicity shall go through the employment procedures. If there is any doubt about the publicity, the recruiting unit will conduct serious investigation and verification and put forward handling opinions.
(7) Employment
The Information Center of the General Office of the provincial government organizes to fill in the Record Form for Open Recruiters of Institutions in Liaoning Province, and after being audited by the General Office of the provincial government, it shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for record and approval. Then sign the Employment Contract of Institutions in Liaoning Province to formally determine the employment relationship. The recruitment of staff in public institutions shall implement the probation system in accordance with the regulations. The probation period generally does not exceed 6 months, unless otherwise stipulated by the state. The probation period is included in the employment contract. Those who pass the probation period will be formally employed; Unqualified, cancel the employment.
Other unfinished matters shall be implemented in accordance with the implementation plan of open recruitment of personnel in institutions affiliated to provincial organs (Liao People's Society [20 13] No.43) on 20/3.
