On February 28th, 20 19, the State Administration of Market Supervision issued the Opinions of the General Administration of Market Supervision on Integrating the Construction of 123 15 Administrative Law Enforcement System to Better Serve Market Supervision and Law Enforcement, which stipulated that the telephone number of market supervision complaints should be 123 15 before the end of 2020.

1. After dialing 12365, follow the voice prompts to make a selection.
2. If you dial by mobile phone, you will be connected to the quality supervision bureau (or inspection and quarantine bureau) of the prefecture-level city covered by the signal. If you call from a landline, you will be directly connected to the local Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision.
