Huanggu District Central Hospital of Shenyang City is a second-class and first-class non-profit general hospital and a designated medical insurance unit. The pain diagnosis and treatment center of Huanggu District Central Hospital in Shenyang was established in June 2006. The center adopts a multidisciplinary approach to treat various acute, chronic and intractable pains.
Jiang, a famous expert, is the chief physician in the Department of Pain. 1969 graduated from peking university health science center, former director of surgery of the Fourth People's Hospital of Shenyang. He has been engaged in surgical clinical work for more than 40 years, and has deep attainments in general surgery, trauma, osteopathy, joint, spine, hand surgery, microsurgery and other fields. He has rich practical experience in the treatment of soft tissue injury and neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain. On July 16, 2007, the Ministry of Health of the State Council confirmed that the Department of Pain was a first-class clinical department, which was limited to second-class and above hospitals. This decision made pain science move from behind the scenes to the stage of medical service in China.
