After the crane rail is installed on the crane beam, it must be checked whether the center line of the rail is in a straight line, and whether the rail span and rail top elevation meet the design requirements. Test results shall be recorded and submitted as completion data.
Allowable deviation of track installation survey
(1) Check the track centerline. Place theodolite on the crane beam, aim at both ends of the center line measured on the wall or roof truss in advance, move the instrument center to the center line of the track with the method of positive and negative mirrors, and then measure one point every 18m to check whether the center of the track is in a straight line, and the allowable deviation is 2mm. Otherwise, the track should be readjusted.
(2) Span inspection On the symmetrical points of the two tracks, accurately measure the span size with a steel ruler, and the difference between the measured value and the design value shall not exceed 3~5mm, otherwise it shall be adjusted.
After adjusting the center line of track installation, it must be ensured that the deviation between the center line of track installation and the actual center line of crane beam is less than 10 mm.
(3) Check the rail top elevation After the crane rail is installed, the rail top elevation must be checked according to the elevation points (leveling points) released from the upper end of the column. Measure one point at each joint of two rails, and measure one point every 6m in the middle, with an allowable error of 2mm.
