Hami Pumped-storage Project Department of No.5 Hydropower Bureau of China Power Construction held a simple commencement ceremony of Q 1 bid at Hami Pumped-storage Project site in Xinjiang. Relevant personnel from Xinjiang Hami Pumped Storage Co., Ltd., Hami Pumped Storage Power Station Engineering Construction Supervision Department in Northeast China and Hami Pumped Storage Power Station Engineering Design Representative Department in Northwest China attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
