Clinical, Oral and Traditional Chinese Medicine: master the basic theory and professional knowledge of this major, be familiar with the current situation and development trend of this major at home and abroad, constantly absorb new theories, new knowledge and new technologies and apply them to medical practice, and be familiar with relevant laws, regulations, standards and technical specifications of this major. Have rich working experience in this major, be able to treat critically ill patients skillfully and correctly, and have the ability to guide junior doctors in this major. Strengthen medical records as the evaluation carrier, and provide 5- 10 medical records of rescue, death or difficult cases that the applicant participated in or presided over by combining random sampling with personal provision, so as to strengthen the evaluation of clinicians' professional ability.
Based on the data on the first page of medical records, from the four dimensions of technical ability, quality and safety, resource utilization and patient management, the professional ability and level of doctors are scientifically and accurately evaluated by using the indicators such as the scope and quantity of diseases to be treated, the level and quantity of operations, the incidence of postoperative complications, the average hospitalization days of single diseases and the average cost of single diseases. Among them, TCM specialist should also evaluate the ability and level of TCM diagnosis and treatment of TCM doctors based on the data on the first page of TCM medical records, focusing on the proportion of discharged patients with TCM treatment, the proportion of prescriptions of TCM decoction pieces, the number of patients with difficult and critical diseases treated by TCM, and the utilization rate of TCM non-drug therapy.
