The first category is the provincial organs and institutions directly under the central Party-mass organs, the central state administrative organs and some vertically managed institutions, as well as some institutions directly under the civil service system in the State Council. Second, all the organs below the city level and some provincial organs and institutions directly under the central vertical management institutions, and some institutions directly under the central vertical management institutions are managed according to the civil service system.
The conditions are as follows:
(1) Having China nationality;
(2)/kloc-under 0/8 years old and under 35 years old, and the age of graduate students and doctoral students can be relaxed to under 40 years old;
(3) Supporting the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);
(4) Having good conduct;
(5) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;
(six) have the ability to meet the requirements of the post;
(7) Having a college degree or above;
(8) Having other qualifications required by the central competent department of civil servants.
