The hardness of chromium layer in the inner hole of thin-walled chromium-plated cylinder liner is above HV800. The inner hole of the cylinder liner is treated by special technology, and the platform honing network structure with excellent oil storage and wear resistance makes the chrome-plated cylinder liner series products meet the quality standards of Euro II and Euro III. The product passed the quality inspection and appraisal of Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute in early 2006.
