In 2023, the recruitment and selection of "three supports and one support" college graduates will be carried out in accordance with the following procedures, adhering to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection:
(1) Query location
Candidates can log on to Hubei Personnel Examination Network () from April 19. For the specific recruitment plans and job requirements of service posts in various places, please refer to the "Recruitment and Selection Schedule of College Graduates with Three Supports and One Support" in Hubei Province in 2023. For consultation on related matters, you can directly contact the "three supports and one support" office of the relevant city and state (the contact information is attached).
(2) Online registration?
1. Submit the application. Registration time is from April 2 1 to April 27 10:00. Applicants log on to Hubei Personnel Examination Network and register their identity, education and degree information according to the tips of the registration system. Registration time is from April 2 1 to April 27 10:00. Unregistered personnel cannot register. Please fill in the relevant information truthfully, upload my electronic photo, and choose the appropriate post to submit the application. Each ID number and mobile phone number can only be registered once, and applicants can only choose one position to register.
2. Submit a reference commitment. This exam is free of registration fee, and applicants need to submit a letter of commitment for reference. Those who fail to submit within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the examination qualification. Those who abandon the exam after confirming the reference may not apply for the "three supports and one support" plan in our province again in the future and record it in the exam integrity file.
3. Submit a bonus application. Family members of poor households (including monitored objects) and students from Xinjiang and Tibet apply for the "three supports and one support" plan in our province, and the written test scores will be added with 3 points. After submitting the letter of commitment for future reference, those who meet the conditions for extra points shall fill in the application for extra points according to the system prompts and submit relevant certification materials as required. The provincial "three supports and one support" office verifies the application for extra points and publicizes it on the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. If the application is not submitted within the time limit, it will be deemed as giving up extra points.
Applicants from poor households in the province need to fill in the address information identified by the establishment of the card and upload photos of their ID cards. Applicants from poor households outside the province are required to fill in the address information identified by the filing card, upload the photo of the ID card and the screenshot of the basic information of the personnel of the national information system for preventing poverty and promoting rural revitalization (confirmed by the seal of the village Committee or neighborhood Committee where they live). Applicants from Xinjiang and Tibet are required to provide information on their native place at the time of the college entrance examination and the Registration Form for Freshmen in XXXX Ordinary Colleges and Universities in XX Province (confirmed by the relevant departments of colleges and universities, photographed and uploaded).
