TVB's "TVB Artist Training Course" focuses on TVB's training of performing artists. Many early students have now become unique superstars in Hong Kong and the world. The training course is full-time and lasts for one year. It is divided into two parts. I learned a lot of pre-stage knowledge and post-stage theory in the first half of the year. Practice began in the second half of the year, and after many exams, those who can graduate smoothly become wireless TV artists. The "Artist Training Course" has trained many famous actors, directors, producers and other stars, and has become the backbone of Hong Kong's performing arts, including Chow Yun Fat, Tony Leung Chiu Wai, Andy Lau, Stephen Chow, Liu Qingyun, Ekin Cheng, Donnie Yen, Aaron Kwok and Wu Zhenyu, as well as famous directors such as Louis Koo, Louis Koo and Carina Lau.
The rookie singing contest is a major innovation of TVB's star making. It has been held for nearly 30 years and has discovered many talents for the music scene in Hong Kong. Many champions, such as Anita Mui, Lv Fang, Dicky Cheung, Alejandro Delfino, Tan Yaowen, Eason Chan, He Yunshi and Guan Xinyan, have become world-famous stars, while the superstars who participated in major competitions all made their debut, such as Liming, Su Yongkang, Xu Zhian, Zheng Xiuwen and Coco Lee. Although other contestants didn't get a good ranking in the competition, some were lucky to be found by TVB, such as Deric Wan, Gallen Lo and Hu Dingxin, and some made great achievements in the music world, such as Hacken Lee, Vivian Chow, Cao Meng, Guan Shuyi, Liang Hanwen and Deng Jianhong.
Sister Hong Kong's success has also trained many famous actors. For example, Maggie Cheung, the "winner", was the runner-up of Hong Kong Sister in 1983, while Mi Xueer monique Rice, who is famous for her beauty, was the champion of Hong Kong Sister in 1988. In addition, Kuang Meiyun, Angie Chiu, Zheng Wenya, Yang Baoling, Anita Yuen, Chen Farong and Guo Aiming are all from Hong Kong, and Guo Keying (1993), Maggie Cheung (1994) and Charmaine (1997) are also from Hong Kong. Hong Kong sisters who are elected every year usually get the support of TVB and successfully advance to the ranks of "Xiao Dan", such as Xu Zishan, Sonija Kwok, Hu Xinger and Yang Siqi. As for another beauty contest of TVB, "Miss China International Contest" (now renamed as Miss China International), Christy Chung, who is familiar with it, was also born as "Sister Hua", and Linda Chung and Chen Fala, who are also champions of "Sister Hua".
