Intermediaries that cooperate with the sales offices need to sign cooperation agreements with the sales offices. For customer information, a customer filing system will be established to realize the docking and filing of customer information between the sales department and the intermediary agency. The general provisions are as follows:
1. If the intermediary recommends the customer to go to the sales department to see the house himself, the intermediary store must register with the docking staff in the sales office in advance, and the sales staff in the sales office will receive it in turn. If the customer clinches a deal on the spot, the sales staff in the sales office will be responsible for following up the customer's mortgage procedures and other related work.
2. After receiving the customer, the sales staff of the intermediary store shall report to the designated docking person of the sales office through the designated docking person of the store in time, and the designated docking person of the sales office shall check the customer information in time and reply to the intermediary store;
3. Criteria for judging effective customers: those who have not visited the marketing center of the sales office within 7 days are regarded as effective customers, and those who have not made a deal in the intermediary store within 30 days from the date of receiving the customer, the sales office has the right to hand over the customer to the sales staff of the sales office for follow-up. If the purchase is reached, it has nothing to do with the intermediary store.
