Condition: 1. At least one party has a permanent residence in this jurisdiction; 2. The parties are legal couples (holding marriage certificates issued by mainland marriage registration authorities or China embassies and consulates abroad); 3, the parties have full capacity for civil conduct; 4. The parties have expressed their willingness to divorce and reached an agreement on matters such as child support, property and debt handling; 5. The parties * * * cooperate with the registration.
Documents and supporting materials to be submitted: 1. The valid permanent residence booklet and resident identity card of the party concerned (the resident identity card shall be consistent with the name, gender, date of birth and identity card number in the residence booklet; Military divorce registration must submit a divorce certificate issued by a political organ at or above the regimental level, a military officer's card, a civilian cadre's card, a student's card, a soldier's card, a veteran's card, a veteran's card, a resident's ID card and other military identity documents); 2. Marriage certificate (if the marriage certificate is lost or damaged, the proof materials of the marriage registration file of the original marriage registration authority shall be provided); 3. Divorce agreement in triplicate (the divorce agreement shall specify the expression of divorce will of both parties and the consensus on matters such as child support, property and debt handling); 4. Both parties shall submit two recent bareheaded single identity photos with the same body.
Procedure: the parties show relevant certificates and supporting materials-the marriage registrar examines-the parties sign the divorce agreement-the parties fill in the declaration of divorce registration-the parties read the declaration of divorce registration-the marriage registrar registers (issues a certificate).
